203(k) Program Temporarily Suspended

Due to a loss of appetite in the secondary market for 203k loans, we have found it necessary to temporarily discontinue offering the product.  Once a normal market environment resumes, we look forward to again accepting 203k applications for underwriting.  This decision does not affect any of our other offerings.  Security Atlantic is still in the top 20 FHA wholesalers (by insured volume) in the US.

The last day for new 203k submissions will be Friday, September 7th.  All 203k loans must be closed by Friday, September 28th.
